With the Avengers: Endgame film premiere approaching, more and more spoiler-heavy footage has been uploaded all over the internet, especially on YouTube and Reddit.
The footage was allegedly uploaded from the Middle East, while South Korean audiences who saw parts of the film at a press event also leaked information online.
These developments have brought great concern to Marvel Studios and the Russo brothers, the directors of Avengers: Endgame.
In an open letter to the internet, the brothers implore fans not to give away any secrets, as they have worked very hard for three years in order to deliver “a surprising and emotionally powerful conclusion to the Infinity Saga.”
The letter is long and heartfelt. It also ends in a perfect Avengers fashion, “Remember ‘Thanos’ still demands your silence.”
