Apple might always be looking for the “next big thing,” but there’s little doubt when retro meets its products, the results are—more often than not—nothing short of nostalgic.

Case in point, the ‘AirPods Retro’ brought the classic Macintosh to the wireless Apple earphones, and the vintage-themed ‘Apple II Watch’ was a brilliant parody of the Apple Watch.

In this latest throwback to Apple’s iconic products, the company’s newest Watch Series 4 sits snugly within an iPod Classic-inspired silicone case that takes you down memory lane.

This creation, simply dubbed ‘Pod Case’, is brainchild of C.O Design Lab’s product-and-graphic designer Joyce Kang for Caseology.

“I have a designed a case reminiscent of the original iPod. It changes the form factor of the Apple Watch and provides a different user experience,” writes Kang on the product’s webpage.

Though the case’s scroll wheel doesn’t actually work, the aesthetic brings the Apple Watch full circle; the sixth generation iPod Classic concluded the model’s lineup before Apple bid farewell and ushered in the Watch Series.

Kang confirmed to Gizmodo that the ‘Pod Case’ is “coming soon.” Those of you with the Watch Series 4, stay tuned for updates if you’re keen to transform your gadget into the unforgettable iPod Classic.
